EL-CAT Inc. is an importer and stocking distributor of Semiconductor and other Electronic Materials, such as monocrystalline silicon ingots and wafers, compound semiconductors, substrates for EPI deposition, as well as EPI structures both on silicon and III-V semiconductors.

EL-CAT Inc. is also a manufacturer of specialty Silicon Wafers. We produce wafers of ultra high precision, extremely high purity and uncommon crystallographic orientations. We are particularly effective at making small production runs.

EL-CAT Inc. cooperates with other manufacturers to deposit Epi layers, or oxide, nitride and metals films, or to dice wafers into chips, to deliver complete semiconductor structures. Frequently, we can supply electronic materials not otherwise available in USA. Whatever the electronic material, if we do not have it, then likely we can find it or have it made.
